I am representing YOUTH empowerment with various volunteer groups working experience. With my professional background in Management, I am more then ready to provide and lead diverse youth campaigns to raise awareness in such most positive ways of change in the community.

I also serve as a Community Development Officer for WWF-Laos in Laos P.D.R. With extensive experience, I focus on enhancing local community livelihoods through rural sustainability initiatives.

Community Solutions Programs Co-host 2024, Begin!

I am always grateful to be given such great opportunities to work with WWF-Laos and create incredible impacts to our local community toward conservation. To expand my growth and profession, I am thrilled to be selected to participate in the Community Solutions Program, a program of the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) of the United States Department of State supported in its implementation by IREX.

The Community Solutions Program (CSP) is a professional development program for global community leaders working in environmental issues, peace and conflict resolution, transparency and accountability, and women and gender issues.

This incredible opportunity brings together visionary leaders from around the globe, who are dedicated to addressing pressing community issues and driving positive changes. From more than 11,000 applications, I am incredibly grateful to be chosen as one of the 73 leaders representing 71 countries worldwide.

I am completing my a four-month U.S.-based practicum from August-November 2024: As a CSP fellow, I am placed and worked with a nonprofit organization called Sustaining Our Urban Landscape(SOUL) in New Orleans, Louisiana State, U.S.A. SOUL (Sustaining Our Urban Landscape) is driving a resilient and environmentally equitable New Orleans by reforesting our urban landscape. I will be working closely and hands on urban planting expertise, community outreach and volunteer coaching toward youth engagement related to conservation initiatives to create positive connections, cooperation, and sustainable development.
