As the Curator of the Global Shapers Rabat Hub for 2025–2026, Khawla leads a vibrant community of young changemakers committed to tackling local challenges with bold ideas and inclusive action. Her mission is to cultivate a culture of trust, creativity, and accountability within the Hub—ensuring that every initiative, from civic dialogues to educational workshops, aligns with the values of the Global Shapers Community and the mission of the World Economic Forum.
Khawla is also the founder and manager of Rahem, a Moroccan youth-led initiative that addresses puberty, body literacy, and emotional health among teenage girls. Through in-person workshops and engaging digital content in Darija, Rahem challenges the silence around “hshouma” and creates space for honest, culturally rooted conversations. Since its launch, the project has reached over 40,000 people and collaborated with schools to support adolescent well-being.
With a background in content strategy and management for AI-powered HR and SaaS platforms, Khawla brings a strong storytelling lens to everything she does. She has over 5 years of experience in content marketing in English and French, moderating live online and physical events, and facilitating conversations around gender, health, and education.
Khawla is a graduate of the Rebel Business School and is a certified Peer-to-Peer trainer by UNFPA. Her approach is deeply human-centered, balancing creativity with pragmatism, always to shift narratives and spark collective action.
Fluent in Arabic, French, and English, Khawla moves seamlessly across contexts, with a passion for reimagining how young people shape their futures.
