Khayotullo Ismailov is a Public Policy Expert at the Center for Progressive Reforms at the Presidential Administration of Uzbekistan. He graduated BA (with Hons) in International Relations from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy and holds Joint Master's Program in Parliamentary Procedures and Legislative Drafting from the School of Government, LUISS (Rome, Italy), Complutense Universidad de Madrid (Madrid, Spain), and University of London (London, UK). Mr Ismailov worked in integrative, multidisciplinary departments at the United Nations Development Program, World Health Organisation, and United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime OSCE/ODIHR, where he acquired broad and deep knowledge of international cultures and norms, participating in high-level negotiations with governmental bodies, foreign embassies, international organisations, academic institutions, and the media to jointly develop revenue-generating projects, monitoring project completion, and conducting topical research.
