Koinonia Baloyi holds a Bcom undergraduate degree in Business Management as well as a Bcom Honours degree in Finance. She has 7 years working experience in the financial services industry and 5 years work experience in the community development sector. She is also the founding director of Girls With Wiings. Girls With Wiings is an organisation that sows hope and restores the dignity of homeless and underprivileged women.

The organisation was founded in May 2016 and we are currently based in Cape Town, South Africa. Since inception, they have distributed over 27,000 sanitary pads to women & girls in need and they are currently assisting 500 women each month.
