Kudzai serves as the Acting Group Head of Sales and Managing Executive (NF Wholesale Division) for one of sub-Saharan Africa's largest Milling & FMCG companies, National Foods. He resides on the committees overseeing IS Systems and ESG Reporting, leading projects on technology, analytics & process enhancement. He is a Board Member of Greenline Africa, a conservation and wildlife organisation. Kudzai has worked in varying capacities across diverse sectors, spanning from manufacturing to Retail in Agrochemicals, Home Living, Quick Service Retail (QSR) and FMCG.
He is recognised as one of Africa's 100 Most Influential Young Africans (2025) curated by the Pan African Youth Leadership Foundation, a 40 Under 40 Africa Nominee (2025) and one of Zimbabwe’s 40 Under 40 most influential Young Business Leaders (2024). Academically, he graduated with a dual degree in Business Studies and Computer Science and was a Leadership and Social Impact Scholar with Africa Leadership University Business School (ALUSB) in Rwanda/Mauritius, where he completed his Executive MBA.
Kudzai is co-founder of The African Food Alliance (TAFA), a member of the African Leadership Network (ALN), a member of the African-Union Africaine Professionnelle-ZLECAF (AU) Committee and a Climate Reality Leader trained under former US Vice-President Al Gore. Kudzai has also been involved in other organisations in varying capacities, such as Alumnus of the World Economic Forum Global Shapers Harare Hub, Past Assistant Rotary Public Image Coordinator (ARPIC) serving sub-Sahara as well as Past-Interim Committee Member of the UZAA (University of Zimbabwe Alumni Association).
