Kudzai Milton Murongazvombo is the Sales, Marketing and Distribution Executive at National Foods Limited, Zimbabwe’s leading consumer goods company, where he leads commercial execution across sales, route-to-market, and distribution. He also contributes more broadly to strategic discussions on growth, competitiveness, and business transformation within Zimbabwe’s FMCG sector, and was recognised by the Confederation of Zimbabwe Retailers as a Value Chain Leader.
At National Foods, he serves as Co-Chair of the IT Steercom and Chair of the AI Sub-Committee, helping shape practical approaches to AI adoption, governance, and operational capability. Beyond his corporate role, he serves within the AUP-AfCFTA leadership structure in a foresight and capacity-oriented role, contributing to regional integration and African trade development. Kudzai is a Mandela Washington Fellow, Board Member of Greenline Africa, Past Curator of the Global Shapers Harare Hub, and a Climate Reality Leader trained under former U.S. Vice President Al Gore.
He has been recognised among Africa’s 100 Most Influential Young Africans (2025), was a 40 Under 40 Africa nominee (2025), and was named among Zimbabwe’s 40 Under 40 Most Influential Young Business Leaders (2024). He holds a dual degree in Business Studies and Computer Science, and completed an Executive MBA at the African Leadership University School of Business as a Leadership and Social Impact Scholar.
