Kunaal Patawari is a London-based circular economy investor whose vision is “a consumer-driven circular economy for a sustainable world”. He created the tyre recycling business at Gemini, which now collects and ensures the resource recovery of every 6th tyre in the world. Kunaal represents Gemini as a board member at the Alliance To End Plastic Waste, and as Task Force Chair at King Charles III’s Sustainable Markets Initiative. He is also an advisory board member of California-based venture capital firm, Regeneration.VC, focused on early stage consumer-oriented circular economy start ups. Kunaal is now developing an investment pipeline of $20 billion in the circular economy beginning with the existing trusted pool of 4,000 stakeholders on Gemini’s platform. He also leads his family’s philanthropic initiatives in their 12 adopted villages for their medical, educational, and waste management needs.
