Laetitia Cailleteau, Managing Director for Accenture, is leading Accenture’s Data&AI business in Europe and the Conversational AI domain globally – driving innovation, sales and delivery across the globe for multiple industries and clients . She has more than 25 years’ experience in the consulting industry, authored several academic publications and hold patents in the Conversational AI domain. Laetitia founded Accenture’s Innovation Studio in London, a space where her team co-create with clients to realise the potential of artificial intelligence, augmented reality, IoT, using user-centred approaches. She was a reserve member of the Artificial Intelligence High Level Group at the European Commission. She is one of Accenture’s thought leaders on Responsible AI and is a frequent speaker at international conferences.
She is also a board member of OASIS Open Foundation in Europe, a non for profit organization promoting open source standards and interoperability globally.
