GSC Lyon hub Founding Curator (2015) -- EU civil servant and diplomat in Brussels, Washington DC, Beijing, and Brasilia (as of Sept 2021). Main fields of intervention: European Green Deal, eco-innovation, international trade in agriculture, energy, as well as decentralized city-to-city cooperation. For six years (2014-2019), Laurent lived in the Greater Lyon area and got involved in the early-stage investment industry, providing seed funding to the most promising start-ups groomed by the local ecosystem.
