1991, Bachelor's in Law; 1996, Master's in International Economic Law; 1999, PhD in International Law, China University of Political Science and Law. With China University of Political Science and Law: Professor, International Law School; concurrently, Director, Public International Law Research Institute; Associate Director, International Law Center. Member: Standing Council, China Space Law Institute; Standing Council, Beijing International Law Association. Visiting Professor in Law: 2004 and 2005, in Korea; 2006, in Iceland. Also taught Chinese astronauts at the China Astronaut Centre. Author of 15 books and 20 articles on international law and international economic law, including Introduction of Space Law, WTO Dispute Settlement Mechanism, International Law and International Law Commentary.
