Lin Shi is deeply passionate about financial wellbeing, with a deep focus on helping individuals build financial resilience across their lives. She is the lead author of the World Economic Forum insight report, "Longevity Economy Principles: Foundations for a Financially Resilient Future," which brought together 35+ industry partners across public, private, and non-profit sectors to create foundational principles to create equitable and sustainable financial systems that serve the needs of the individual and society at large. Additionally, as a global advisor and actuary for leading multinational companies as a senior principal at Mercer, Lin also combines technical expertise with a compassionate approach to designing innovative strategies to improve individuals' financial health.

Lin has played a key role in fostering the development of community-driven financial well-being initiatives globally, including her work as the founder of the Money Health Collective, which provides community-led support and financial education to individuals in over 20 countries. Her approach is characterized by a commitment to equity, belonging, and creating systems that overcome traditional financial barriers.
