Since 2012, Ailsa attended Shanghai Jianwei Group as the Assistant to the President as well as one of the stakeholders.
Shanghai Jianwei is an architecture preservation company, using technical solutions to protect culture relic architectures in a more scientific and efficient way. To protect the cultural relics in "Preventable Repair" rather than "Repair after damage". And to allow the masterpiece can be appreciated and well protected.

2016 till now, Being a Board Member and Secretary of the Board, Ailsa is in charge of Jianwei Group's Initial Public Offering in Shanghai Stock Exchange. To make Jianwei qualified, Ailsa has lead M&A and successfully introduced strategic investors for Jianwei as well.
