Liudas (Louis) Mikal - Trailblazing Entrepreneur, Sustainability Champion, and a Global Shaper Alumnus

Liudas is the visionary force behind Grainly Foods, an innovative company revolutionizing sustainable freeze-dried meals. Formerly an innovation manager at SaltX Technology and a co-founder of San Francisco's innovation hub – Serendipia Nest. Liudas's expertise spans foodtech, sustainable energy, and envisioning the cities of the future.
Passionate about combating climate change, Liudas actively participates in prestigious events like the UN's Hack4Climate hackathon and Climate Reality Training with former US Vice President Al Gore. Having lived in Lithuania, Switzerland, the USA, and Sweden, his multicultural experiences enrich his global perspective.
Liudas is an alumnus of the Global Shapers Stockholm hub. He used to spearhead the recruitment efforts and has contributed to a project about reducing food waste.
