Liz grew up in Houston, Texas and moved to Baltimore in 2010 to attend Johns Hopkins University. Liz studied Sociology and became highly involved on campus and in her surrounding community. She worked different jobs around the world and the United States in poverty research, outdoors leadership, community engagement, program development, addiction recovery and student life.
After graduating in May 2014, Liz joined Baltimore Corps as Director of Operations. In this role, she organizes and implements training and development for the Fellows, manages the Program, the staff and supports a variety of other ongoing initiatives!
Liz is proud to call Baltimore her home and is energized and excited by the different initiatives, communities and individuals in the City! She is passionate about staying active, engaging in physical activity and wellness, and is a proud member of a community house in SW Baltimore.
