Lucy Skelton (she/her) is a policy analyst, the founder of FORE Australia, and a recent TEDx speaker. With nearly a decade of experience in advocacy and volunteering, Lucy gained national attention as the youngest candidate in the 2022 Victorian election at just 20 years old, underscoring her dedication to youth engagement in politics. In 2023, she joined the team at Global Voices, where she helped lead delegations of young Australians to international forums, including the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women in New York, the FEALAC summit in Indonesia, and attended COP29 in Azerbaijan. In 2024, Lucy founded FORE Australia, where she is now spearheading the development of Australia’s first Policy Library of One-Page Briefs, which launched in the Australian Federal Parliament in September 2023 and launched in Victorian state parliament in October 2025. Lucy's mission is to help drive impactful change as fast as possible, both through activism and direct political involvement.
