Luka is currently completing a double-degree program Master in Economic Development and Growth, held by Universidad Carlos III de Madrid in Spain, and Lund University in Sweden. He obtained bachelor degree in Economic Analysis and Policy at University of Belgrade, Serbia, in 2014. In 2013 he was an intern in Serbian Ministry of Development: Department for Statistical Analysis. Luka successfully completed the summer semester at Charles University in Czech Republic in 2012. He is especially interested in economic growth and development, methods of economical analysis, history of economic thought, and institutional economics. Luka has authored numerous papers concerning economic development and founded and managed a student based scientific organization.
