Madhish Parikh is a distinguished youth leader from India, actively engaged with numerous social change organizations. He has been recognized for his substantial contributions to community welfare with several prestigious awards from both the government and national organizations. Notably, he was honored with the "IG Award" by the President of India for his exceptional community services. Under the Government of India's initiatives, Madhish was selected as an Indian Delegate to Bahrain, where he contributed to enhancing Indo-Bahraini relations and represented India on an international stage. His significant contributions earned him the "National Youth Award" from the Government of India, the highest accolade in the youth category.

Madhish also served as an Indian Delegate to the “Women Higher Education for Disarmament and Peace, Vienna Forum” at the UN Headquarters in Vienna, Austria. He was a finalist for the International Prize <> by the Russian Federation and UN Volunteers and received the 'Commonwealth Points of Light Award' from the UK Government for his extraordinary humanitarian services during the pandemic.

In his role as the program coordinator for the UNESCO World Heritage Volunteers - Let’s Heritage Program in India, Madhish has engaged over 300 global youths in heritage awareness, conservation, and promotion.

Currently, Madhish holds several key positions: Founder and President of Elixir Foundation, NSS Advisory Board Member at Gujarat Technological University, Member of the World Youth Alliance, Co-Founder of Invincible NGO, Youth Ambassador with Earth Day Network, Director at BRICS Youth Alliance and formerly a Global Shaper at the World Economic Forum.
