I hold a Bachelor's degree in English and French from AlAzhar University of Gaza, with a strong foundation in linguistics, translation, and intercultural communication. I am currently pursuing postgraduate opportunities in Linguistics and Applied Linguistics, focusing on language, mind, and displacement. My academic journey is deeply intertwined with my professional experience, which spans education, translation, voiceover, customer care, and research. I am a current Global Shaper with the Gaza Hub and a candidate for the Impact Officer role in 2025. As a participant in the UNESCO Youth As Researchers (YAR) project, I investigate the impact of war and forced displacement on the mental health of Arab youth. I also serve as a storyteller for AEON Horizons, highlighting the resilience of Gazan scholars, and I recently organized a one-week summer school and panel series for high school students in Gaza through Nayzak Organization. I have been accepted into multiple academic and leadership programs across Europe and the Middle East. My areas of expertise include linguistics, language pedagogy, and youth empowerment, alongside a growing interest in project management and development. I am passionate about migration studies, education access, and storytelling as tools for healing and advocacy. I’ve led and facilitated webinars, panel discussions, and coaching sessions on scholarships, mental health, and studying abroad, all while working to build inclusive, cross-cultural communities. As a survivor of war and an advocate for peace, my work is rooted in empathy and resilience, delivering the true story of my people, with a commitment to amplifying other marginalized voices and building bridges across borders.
