Mahmood is the Co-Founder and CEO of Majra.me, an online platform dedicated to helping young people in MENA find jobs that match their values and sense of purpose.

Mahmood's experience stems from his years of work with young people and entrepreneurs, building NGO structures with AIESEC where university volunteers can grow in Oman for.

He also worked directly on creating a local community of entrepreneurs in Oman through Startup Oman, to support the building of the ecosystem, and enable more conversations about tech startups and funding them.

He is an optimistic human being who believes in the value of taking actions vs. talking about actions. Always excited by the potential of passionate human beings, and genuinely annoyed by people that hate their jobs. This annoyance led him to startup Majra at the age of 23, to help other young people find more purposeful, meaningful careers, in a region that is in dire need for purpose, meaning, and direction.
