Operating in Lebanon and Egypt since 2019, she has overseen $3M+ in savings for local authorities, and achieved an 8.6x ROI for subscribing partners seeking volunteer management services. She led 10,000+ unique professional placements (75% women, 43% rural, 87% vulnerable), unlocking economic and social opportunities for underrepresented talent in high-stakes environments. As a leader at the intersection of digital innovation and strategy, Yacout serves annually on the World Summit Awards Grand Jury, advises global initiatives on human-centered technology and social impact, and contributes regularly to leading international reports and publications.

Beyond her work in business innovation and social impact, Yacout is deeply passionate about heritage and gastronomy.
She launched ALMA Hospitality, a program celebrating connection to heritage through curated dining experiences. Partnering with emerging chefs and creatives, ALMA brings people together around cuisine, culture, and storytelling.
