Malhar Barai, is Head of Marketing – India & APAC, Tech Mahindra. He also leads Digital Marketing for Tech Mahindra and has been instrumental in running high impact campaigns.
In his current role, Malhar is responsible for driving the brand, content and digital marketing for the regions. He has steered multi-million dollar deals in the region with targeted marketing campaigns.

Over his career spanning 18 years, he has played multiple roles across brand management, partner & alliance management, sales enablement and technology architect roles for global brands. He has also co-authored a book on ‘Java & SOA’ with sales of nearly 10,000 copies.
An early adopter of digital technologies, he is one of the earliest digital influencer in India. He has conducted programs at IIM-Trichy and teaches in various Post-Grad programs across India.
