Manar is an early stage strategist and operator that thrives in cross-functional environments focusing on innovation, entrepreneurship, community, policy and sustainability.

Currently she is an International Expansion Expert at Remote.com, a fully distributed HR & Payroll company with a mission is to open up the vast potential of the world for every person, business and country. Additionally, she is a Co-founder & Board Member at Faseel.org, a youth led none profit organisation working to enable a thriving and sustainable environmental sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Due to her belief in community building as means to improving the state of an increasingly fragmented world, Manar’s passion is to ensure people are fulfilling their potential by facilitating the creation of networks of change and introducing people to tools for development to create lasting impact.

Manar holds a BSc. in Marketing, Innovation and Technology and is an alumni of the Saudi Young Leadership Exchange program, UNAOC Summer School, and INSEAD’s Keys to Creative Leadership course.
