Manuel Hörl

After roles in strategy consulting, software development, family office and university management, Manuel joined Credit Suisse in 2011 as a Project Manager in Private Banking and Wealth Management Americas. From 2013 - 2020 he was a member of the Chairman's Office of Credit Suisse Group AG where he first managed the thought leadership platform "Credit Suisse Research Institute". He also served as a Project Manager in International Relations in the Chairman's Office, managing the bank's relationships with the World Economic Forum (WEF) and other international bodies. From 2015 - 2020 he also led the global Financial Inclusion Initiative (FII) in the Credit Suisse Foundation, coordinating the bank's grant making and skills sharing efforts in financial inclusion. Since 2020 he is the Head of Education and Networks team in the Global Next Generation and Families Department at the bank, dedicated to the inheriting Next Generation and families to support them in their personal, business and investment activities. He is a former member of the Advisory Board, Financial Markets Symposium of the European Forum Alpbach, Austria. Manuel holds a MA-equivalent (Dipl.-Kfm.) in Business Administration from the University of Augsburg, Germany and a MA in International Affairs from the University of St Gallen, Switzerland.
