Manuel is the Deputy Head of the Social and Economic State Council.
He was Technical Secretary of the Presidency at the Institute of Transparency, Access to Information, and Protection of Personal Data, Senior Policy Advisor at the State Parliament, and a fellow at the CITRIS Policy Lab from the University of California at Berkeley where he did scientific research. He is also a political analyst for TV.
He has a Master's in Public Policy degree and a Business Management & Political Science degree from the Monterrey Institute of Higher Education (Tecnológico de Monterrey).
Manuel has wide experience in public service, he was Chief of Staff at the Ministry of Finance, Policy Manager at the Ministry of Social Development, and speechwriter in several political campaigns.
He thinks that policies define the future of society for better or for worse, and that´s why we need more young people leading and designing policies for the well-being of the future of human life and the planet.
