B.A in Political Science with a Masters Degree in Development and Culture; Currently, Director of "Cartagena Como Vamos", which measures the changes in the quality of life of those who inhabit the city. From her job she contributed in the development of the first colombian open data plataform: "Ciudatos" and also participated in the first measuring of the Social Progress Index in cities through the "Cómo Vamos network". She participated in the creation of the Political Debates Commission of Bolivar in Colombia. Since then, she has been the moderator of several debates in Cartagena de Indias, including Town Hall format. Likewise, she serves as advisor to political and civic actors in matters related to strengthening the organizational skills in community organizations, communication strategies with stakeholders, transparency, information access, and activation of civil participation.
