Has held various positions in these sectors including: Chief Financial Officer and Strategy Executive Vice-President at Ecopetrol (oil and gas state-owned enterprise); Director of National Treasury and Public Credit and Chief Adviser at the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit; Chief Investment Officer at Porvenir Pension Fund. High-level positions at Citibank, ABN AMRO and Bank of America. Former Member, Board of Directors: ISA, Isagen, Cenit and Ocensa.
