Martin is the CEO of one of the largest nonprofit organizations in Estonia - The Foundation for Science and Liberal Arts Domus Dorpatensis. He is also a member of council of the Network of Estonian Nonprofit Organizations and member of senate in the University of Tartu. Martin is the founder of TEDx in Tartu, Estonian Civil Society Week and many other events and movements in Estonia.
