I work as a Head of Business Development at ixworx (interactive experience works) - startup active in 3D, Virtual & Augmented reality space, creating industrial AR/VR applications for training.\\My personal focus recently has become finding and helping to build more balance in society - starting from more gender balance in tech, business, and leadership in general. I am also striving for more balance between technology and art, rationality and emotions etc.\I studied at the London School of Economics, was awarded New Europe Challenger by Financial Times & Google, as well as part of Forbes 30 under 30 list in Slovakia. \\As a Shaper I would like to focus on sustainability issues, as well as education for things that are not learned at schools but are vital in life - such as emotional intelligence, character development, risk taking and entrepreneurship.
