Matteo Sipione

Global Shaper, Turin Hub

Matteo Sipione works at the intersection of technology, creative industries, and organizational systems, with a focus on designing structures that remain effective under complexity.

He is trained as a Software Engineer, specializing in Cinema and Digital Media Engineering, with academic work centered on generative models, virtual reality, and human–machine interaction. In parallel, he is an entrepreneur and project coordinator, leading initiatives in audiovisual production and digital infrastructure where creative direction and technical architecture are closely integrated.

He has held coordination and leadership roles within high-selectivity associative and institutional environments, with responsibility for translating strategic objectives into operational systems—spanning digital platforms, event infrastructures, and multi-stakeholder collaboration.

Across all contexts, his approach is systems-oriented: he focuses on building scalable, resilient frameworks that reduce friction, distribute responsibility, and enable complex projects to operate reliably over time.
