Matthew Poon is a Global Shaper from the NY Hub currently working on a project that addressed food insecurity and food waste issue in NYC. Matthew is a Food Scientist from Unilever, and specialized in developing food and beverages products with interests in sustainability and Net Zero transition. He graduated from University of California, Davis with a Food Science degree.
