Michael Riedl

CEO Team Internet Group

Michael Riedl was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Team Internet, formally known as CentralNic in December 2022. With strong financial and operational knowledge from his time as Chief Financial Officer, Michael is positioned well to lead Team Internet to an even brighter future.

Michael was Group CFO of Team Internet from 2019 following its acquisition of KeyDrive SA, where he served as Executive Vice President and CFO from 2011, overseeing huge growth for the company. Prior to joining KeyDrive, Michael held managing positions in private equity and ICT industries (2008-2011), and was Chief Restructuring officer at Group Saint-Paul in Luxembourg (2004-2007).

Michael has completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. He holds two Master’s degrees; a LLM from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management and Science in Business Administration from European Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from James Madison University, USA. He is also a Chartered Management Accountant.

Michael was recently appointed to the Board of Directors of ESGai Technologies. ESGai combines the power of artificial intelligence with real-time data to highlight opportunities to maximise ESG scores along with actionable insights informed by industry trends, analytics, and dynamic modelling.

In addition to Michael’s academic and professional achievements, Michael is a Chartered Management Accountant and plays a significant role on The Board of Governors at the International School of Luxembourg. This institution is renowned for its high-quality international education, and Michael's involvement ensures the continuous enhancement of the school's educational programs.

Michael resides in Luxembourg with his family and is married with two children.
