Since 1996, created over 100 multidisciplinary festival conferences including Sarajevo, Amazon, Dubrovnik and eastern Europe prior to 1989; 1992, organized Cultural Caravan which travelled from Berlin to Ulan Bator; 1994, organized Flotilla of Peace in Adriatic; initiated world centre for youth in Slovenia; worked with over 100 multinational companies on leadership development.
