As Co-Founder and Director of Operations of ConPRmetidos - a nonprofit organization based in San Juan (www.conprmetidos.org) - Mili is helping to create a stable, productive and self-sufficient Puerto Rico by: a) identifying innovative and sustainable solutions to community challenges; b) leveraging know-how, talent, networks, and capital in support of those doing the work; c) empowering doers to succeed and inspire others; and d) connecting and convening to form strategic partnerships, and the exchange of new information, models and ideas.

Since Hurricanes Irma and María devastated Puerto Rico, Mili and her ConPRmetidos team have raised over 4 million dollars to help vulnerable communities throughout the island get back on their feet. Since 2015, Mili has overseen ConPRmetidos day-to-day operations and program management, in addition to engaging with key stakeholders and local partner organizations to develop strategies and leverage a worldwide network of resources to assist in Puerto Rico's recovery. Mili is a member of the Global Shaper Community in San Juan, a network of inspiring leaders under the age of 30 working together to address local, regional and global challenges.
