Mislav Radic

Alumni, Global Shapers Community

Mislav is a Research Fellow at the London School of Economics and Political Science. His current research explores the privatization of public service organizations (e.g. postal service, water providers, railways, prisons, etc.). The findings of this research have attracted the interests of practitioners and policymakers, as he proposes a new way of thinking about privatizations, and highlights the overlooked potential of social enterprises as alternatives in such processes. In addition, he is currently working on a number of research and consultancy projects related to the responsibility and challenges of digital platform corporations; systems change; the impact of CSR on employees. Mislav has collaborated with a number of private and public sector organizations including the Royal Mail, the Croatian Postal Bank and the Croatian National Foundation for Civil Society. Before moving to London he worked as a Teaching and Research Assistant at the University of Zagreb, founded a social enterprise, and was the curator of the Global Shapers Zagreb Hub.
