Mohamed Hamuda Architect and Urban Planner he is passionate about driving change at both the local and global level. He is a Libyan social entrepreneur who formed a Libyan Civil Societyorganizations which enables youth engagement on democratization and policy making issues.

Mohamed is deeply engaged on a wide variety of civil, political and social programs which put youth at the forefront of Libya’s transition. Mohamed founded and is the Chairman of the H2O organization, a Libyan youth entrepreneurial venture formed in 2011 and he is also the General Manager of the Libyan Public Policy Forum an independent nonpartisan multidisciplinary public policy dialogue for the debating on a broad range of themes and policy programs of national significance such as; Public finance management Urban Planning
