Mohamed Samir

President, India, Middle East and Africa, Procter & Gamble

Egyptian-born Mohamed Samir boasts almost three decades of business-building experience with Procter & Gamble (P&G). Today, Samir serves as President for India, Middle East and Africa, a role he has held since 2014. In 1999, after having held a progression of key managerial roles he was appointed Country Manager for Yemen. In 2005, He was named General Manager for the Near East. In 2008, he was tasked with leading marketing and innovation operations in the Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa. In 2010, he stepped into the role of Vice President for Fabric Care Western Europe, one of P&G’s largest categories. Today, Samir is a passionate advocate of entrepreneurial approaches to business. He is a member of the World Economic Forum and the Egyptian Research Institute as well as serves on the Advisory Board of AUC Business School.
