Impact Hub San Jose is Costa Rica’s first social innovation centre and co-working space. During her tenure as this organization’s Executive Director and Co-founder, she has developed programs to support entrepreneurs the contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals scale internationally. She has led partnerships with the Costa Rican government, The European Union, Argidius Foundation, UNDP

In 2019 she was elected to be part of the Global Board of Directors to the Impact Hub Network present in over 50 countries. She now chairs the Partnerships Committee overseeing partnerships with WWF, BMW Foundation and others, as well as oversee the global strategy process.
