Mr. Morena Monganja, Deputy Executive Director- Afrika Ithute

In his role as Deputy Executive Director, Morena heads the strategy mapping process of the organization. Morena oversees Afrika Ithute's Development and Finance and is responsible for relationship-mapping and research and relationship-building.

A Global Shaper of the World Economic Forum, Morena pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering and Management from the University of Botswana and is co-founder of a micro-finance startup which focuses on raising funds for its member businesses.

He is keen on learning about policy and policy making. His interests lie in entrepreneurship, innovation and youth development and empowerment.
