Motunrayo is an Education and International development professional with over 3 years of transnational field experience working at the intersection of Research, Policy and Practice.

Motunrayo currently works as a Senior Programmes Assistant at The Education Partnership (TEP) Centre, an Education centred organisation and a pioneer in the emerging field of Education Partnership, specialising in research, design, implementation,support and evaluation of education programmes, projects and initiatives across public, private and non-profit sectors.

She is a Theiworld Global Youth Ambassador alumni , a global Children's charity committed to ending global education crisis and unleashing the potential of the next generation, she contributed as part of the #projectAmplify pioneer cohort, where she took the role of a spokesperson on critical education issues, and inspired others to take action, most notably, she used her excellent public speaking skills in moderating the Ed-Tech kenya panel session at the 2021 Global Education Summit.

Motunrayo is also a member of UNESCO's SDG4Youth network, a network created for young leaders in Education to create positive change while lending their voice to a global audience of high level stakeholders in transforming education. She has been privileged to work with several other notable local and International organisations such as Barack Obama's Young Africa Leaders Initiative, UNICEF, ENACTUS amongst others.

Motunrayo's impactful contributions to promoting access to quality education for girls and other vulnerable groups in Nigeria got her recognised as African Union (AU), 25 women of impact in Africa. She recently became a Global Partnership for Education (GPE) youth leader where she represents Nigeria in leading advocacy actions and driving real change in global education.
