Nabil Khalid Al-Dabal was appointed Vice President of Human Resources at Saudi Aramco, the world’s largest energy provider, on April 1, 2020, after serving as Executive Director of Human Resources from June 2018. He is responsible for providing strategic leadership in all Human Resources functions for over 70,000 employees and 93 different nationalities. As Chairman of the HR Transformation Committee, Nabil is currently leading the creation and execution of a global HR strategy encompassing workforce planning, staffing, leadership and professional development, compensation and benefits, organizational consulting, diversity and inclusion, retirees’ services, and labor relations.
