Nada Mohamed

Global Shaper, Alexandria Hub

Nada is a climate justice activist with 4+ years of experience in climate education and European climate policy analysis with a focus on CBAM, EUDR and CSDDD. Professionally, she upheld several roles including working as a Political science teaching assistant, an environmental project manager, and a public policy researcher where she specialized in monitoring climate and energy policies and analyzing their impact on businesses.

To propel her activism journey, she joined multiple local, regional and international organizations including: Banlastic Egypt, EU Jeel Connect and the Global Shapers Community, she facilitated over 70 environmental workshops on climate change, advocacy, the green transition and climate induced migration for participants from 12+ countries, led several projects about the cascading impact of climate change on women, and observed negotiations at various UN and EU led conferences such as the Global Gateway High Level Youth Event as well as, COP27, 28 and 30.

She holds an M.A in European Interdisciplinary Studies from the College of Europe, is fluent in English and Arabic; and proficient in French and Spanish.
