Nassoun Diallo is the co-founder and sales and communication director of ART Vision Mali, a communication and marketing agency. She is also the co-founder of the first women's web magazine in Mali: Womanager. Womanager is a platform for the emancipation and development of Malian women in general and African women in particular. In 2021, Womanager launched the first cohort of the Super Nana program. The objective of this program is to help girls and women between the ages of 18 and 23 discover and fully exploit their potential through a series of trainings on law, negotiation, art, personal development, gender-based violence, sexual and reproductive health... For this first edition, 10 girls were selected and received five months of training.
Between 2020 and 2021, following a selection process, Nassoun was chosen to be part of the first cohort of ten coaches of the suadela program. During six four-hour training sessions, she received training on negotiation techniques developed at Harvard University and training on the Suadela curriculum (based on four core learning principles: "You - Me - Together - Build"). As a result of these trainings, she and the other coaches trained 52 girls living in Bamako in negotiation skills to strengthen their decision-making, increase their aspirations in education and life, and become active decision-makers in their communities.
She is a founding member of the Mali Musso Association, a non-profit organization whose goal is to train a generation of conscious women. She is also a member of TOASTMASTER INTERNATIONAL, an organization that helps its members become excellent communicators and leaders through public speaking. In 2020, she won first prize in the Division D (Mali, Senegal and Gambia) French Improvised Speech Contest. Nassoun aspires to a world where every individual can fully enjoy their freedom. She is passionate about all things related to education, public speaking, writing, reading and personal development.
