Natasha Santos is a global leader in agriculture, food, and life sciences with over 20 years of experience driving sustainable transformation. As Head of Sustainability & Strategic Engagement at Bayer Crop Science, she leads efforts to scale regenerative agriculture, strengthen farmer resilience, and create shared value across the food system.

A passionate advocate for collaboration, Natasha works with governments, NGOs, academia, and industry to turn sustainability ambition into action—empowering farmers and advancing global climate and nature goals.

She serves as Vice Chair of the Business at OECD Food and Agriculture Committee, member of the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD), and Senior Advisor to the World Economic Forum’s Champions for Nature Network. She is also part of the Global Future Council on Innovative Financing for Nature and Climate (2025–2026).
