Neelam is an advocate for using technology and innovation for inclusion of marginalised communities. Currently, she leads the innovation division at Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund. Neelam is a Fulbright Scholar, with a Masters in Public Administration from The Ohio State University (OSU). During her time at OSU, she served on multiple diversity committees and trained over 150 persons on understanding and tackling implicit bias. Her passions include dissecting systems and processes to identify parts that causes exclusion, understanding intersections, and using innovation for inclusion. She takes a lot of pride in her EQ, relationship building capabilities and sense of humour.
