Nikolaos K. Varveris is a results-driven professional specializing in economics, international trade, and business management. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and International Trade and an MBA from the University of Western Macedonia—both earned with distinction and accompanied by scholarships. In recognition of his leadership potential, he received a full scholarship from the Education Awards GR 2019 to pursue advanced studies in Leadership & HR Management at the European International University. He also recently completed a degree in Psychology from Wrexham University.

Nikolaos launched his career in exports (wine and fruit) before transitioning to a multinational retail environment, where he distinguished himself as a finalist in the ReGeneration program and excelled in the Leroy Merlin Graduate Academy with top honors. This foundation sharpened his expertise in commerce strategy, customer relations, and continuous improvement. In 2015, he began formal coaching training, ultimately earning multiple professional coaching certifications—including Senior Practitioner accreditation from the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC).

He is a co-founder and Head of Strategy at OVIVIEW, an innovative HR management startup, demonstrating his commitment to product innovation and team development. His experience further includes key roles in Greece’s premier graduate development organization (ReGeneration – Global Shapers, under the World Economic Forum) and Tech Recruitment and Development Coaching for SYNTAX IT Group, a leading IT consulting agency in Greece, the Arabian Gulf, and the EU.

Nikolaos has been recognized by Forbes as one of the 30 Under 30 in Greece (2021), named to the Business Elite Under 30 list in Eastern Europe, and honored in the 20 Under 40 Talent Management Greek List. He is also a three-time Gold Winner Mentor in the GSEA competition organized by the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO).
