Odishika is a Human Resources Professional and Talent Manager with over 8 years+ of experience in streamlining human resources management for vessel crewing functions in the maritime, oil, and gas industry. Exceptionally adept at utilizing a vast array of human resource management, and business intelligence tools as a data analyst.

Odishika Juggles multiple functions exceptionally for invaluable input into the organization's revenue, customer, and regulatory management frameworks. She is a YALI Fellow, a Mckinsey Forward Africa fellow, and a Chevening scholar with vast volunteer experience, and the cerebral leverage of leadership capabilities in designing and implementing impactful HRM methodologies. Odishika, wields a firm grasp of development issues and discourses, and actively promotes sustainable development regionally and globally with active roles played in leading humanitarian projects sponsored by forerunning international organizations.

Odishika Earned an MSc. in Human Resource Management from the University of Bradford, United Kingdom, as a Chevening scholar, and was awarded Best career booster ambassador. Also awarded outstanding volunteer of the the year 2021, Chevening awards scholarship, UK.

Currently, she is the Head of Human Resources, at Felpet Nigeria Limited. Odishika believes in a world where young people are central to solution-building and policymaking, therefore confronting the most pressing issues of our time, and impacting positively.

Odishika has a driving passion for Youth development and capacity building, she is the Head of Talent Management and Innovation for the Port Harcourt Global Shaper's hub. Odishika loves traveling, playing board games, and dancing as it has become a relatable way for me to communicate with people.
