Over 20 years' humanitarian and development experience in over 23 countries in Middle East, East Asia, Eastern Europe and former Soviet Union. Formerly with: Norwegian Red Cross; World Rehabilitation Fund; Project Hope. Last 15 years with Oxfam, including: Country Director, Armenia; Regional Manager, Eastern Europe and CIS; Acting Regional Director, East Asia. Member of the Board, Lazika, a microfinance company in Georgia. Co-author, peer-reviewed publications in health policy and financing.
