Osay Imarhiagbe is a design leader with over 10+ years of experience in crafting design strategy for large and medium sized institutions and is passionate about the use of technology to drive education and build career skills. Early in his career, he spearheaded strategic transformation efforts for the fifth-largest school district in the state of Georgia by orchestrating the district's first ever web consolidation initiative and drove adoption by developing learning curriculum for 100+ web administrators. He currently works leads user experience for an operations solution team at AT&T, aligning with business roadmaps to craft design strategy and generate user experience direction for employee and enterprise customer platforms. He also champions design education by facilitating design thinking workshops with OpenIDEO, a social impact non-profit that engages the public to contribute their input for national initiatives. Osay holds a B.A. in Human Psychology from Emory University and has worked previously as a strategy consultant, web developer, project coordinator, and course instructor.
