Parvina Khujaeva is an Assistant Professor at Webster University in Tashkent and founder of Ustozaid, Uzbekistan's first educational platform offering Uzbek-language resources for educators.

Driven by a passion for education and youth empowerment for social change, her experience includes organizing programs like TEDx, Hult Prize Challenge, and Women's Entrepreneurship Festival 2021.

She holds an MBA from the International University of Japan and has lived in Egypt, Japan, Saudi Arabia, USA, and the UK. Parvina is an avid reader, a cross-cultural communication enthusiast, and a self-proclaimed coffeeholic.
