Most recently, Patricia led SpaceX’s satellite government affairs practice during the formative roll-out of the Starlink satellite broadband constellation project, leading strategy, licensing and policy activities in the U.S. and overseas. Patricia has over 25 years of experience in broadband connectivity, competition, innovation and space sustainability from her tenure leading the preeminent U.S. satellite trade advocacy group, and turns in innovative start-ups, satellite companies and U.S. government.
